How to Check GPTbot Orders: Amounts, Top-Up Status and Account Balance

GPTbot order history stores requests for third-party subscription purchases and account balance top-up records on this site. Finding an order only proves that the relevant information was saved here. On its own, it does not prove payment, credited funds or subscription activation.

Payment and fulfillment are not enabled. Only requests can be saved.

What you can see in order history

After logging in to GPTbot, open order history to view recent order numbers, creation times, service names or top-up amounts, selected payment methods and order statuses. Subscription purchase requests also show the relevant account email, helping distinguish requests for different accounts on the same platform.

A new subscription purchase request saves the plan price at the time it is created. Later changes to the price list do not automatically rewrite that historical record. Earlier orders created before pricing was set may still show a price-pending status. Check the order date first rather than inferring its original amount from the current product price.

Understanding pending availability and purchase requests

Current subscription purchase requests show statuses indicating that service availability is pending, because payment and supply channels have not yet been connected. Balance top-up orders show that payment is unavailable and do not increase the balance. These statuses do not indicate a failed payment, nor do they mean you have already been charged and are waiting for automatic delivery.

Once formal transactions are available, only payment results verified by the server can establish that funds should be credited. Browser messages, page redirects or screenshots do not replace back-end verification. Completion of a subscription top-up and crediting of an account balance also need to be confirmed separately.

Protect your order and account information

GPTbot orders are separated by the account used to log in. Before looking up an order, make sure you are using the same site account that created it. If earlier records are not visible after switching accounts, that does not mean the orders were deleted. Do not give others your login password or verification codes to look up an order.

If you find an incorrect account email, the wrong product selection or an unclear price record, first keep the order number and page information, and pause further submissions. Do not infer unpublished customer support channels, processing times, refund promises or invoicing services from advertising by other subscription purchasing sites.
